WorldVentures executives announced at the UNITED! convention in Las Vegas, Nevada, that they will continue the Watch It Now (W.I.N.) DreamTrips Giveaway from April 2 - July 8, 2012, giving the company's customers and Representatives reason to celebrate. Each week during the promotion a winner will be selected to take an all-expenses-paid Mega-Cruise DreamTrip for two to the Caribbean, as well as $1,000 in Rovia Bucks to use toward airfare to Miami, Florida.

The promotion is available in most of WorldVentures' 21 markets, and requires adults watch a DreamTrips presentation either online or in person before being entered into the weekly drawing for a Mega-Cruise DreamTrip for two. W.I.N. DreamTrips winners will win an eight-day, seven-night Mega-Cruise to the Caribbean departing Nov. 4, 2012. Contestants can only enter the giveaway through a Representative, and if they don't win one week, they're automatically entered into the next week's drawing. Additionally, contestants who entered the first W.I.N. promotional event remain eligible to win the Mega-Cruise. As an added bonus, WorldVentures Representatives will receive the same vacation if their prospect wins the giveaway.

What are the dates of the giveaway? 

The W.I.N. DreamTrips Giveaway will run from April 2 – July 8, 2012. The first drawing will take place April 9 and the last drawing will be July 9, 2012.

Where is this giveaway running? 

The W.I.N. DreamTrips Giveaway is running in the United States and all of WorldVentures’ international markets, with the exception of Russia. Which of our international markets are excluded? Russia.

What are the details of the Mega-Cruise DreamTrip? 

The vacation is an eight-day, seven-night, all-inclusive Caribbean cruise aboard Norwegian Cruise Lines’ Pearl, departing Nov. 4, 2012. This Mega-Cruise DreamTrip includes the following:

How many winners will there be? 

There will be one drawing winner each week for 14 weeks, with a bonus drawing and winner at the end of the promotion. The WorldVentures Representative who shared the W.I.N. DreamTrips Giveaway with the weekly drawing winner will be awarded the same Mega-Cruise DreamTrip package.

Will entrants from the first W.I.N. DreamTrips need to enter the promotion again? 

No, everyone who entered the W.I.N DreamTrips between Feb. 4, 2012, and March 25, 2012, will automatically be entered into the drawing for the Mega-Cruise DreamTrip.

Is it possible to purchase the trip being given away? 

Yes, DreamTrips Members may purchase the trip. In fact, WorldVentures encourages DreamTrips Members to participate.2

How does the giveaway work? How does someone enter to win? 

A prospect can participate in the W.I.N. DreamTrips Giveaway in one of two ways:
1. Every WorldVentures Representative will receive a WINDreamTrips.com website to show prospects a W.I.N. DreamTrips Giveaway video that runs approximately 25 minutes. To activate your website, just watch the video and then log in to your special W.I.N. DreamTrips back office. Once activated, when you send someone to the W.I.N. DreamTrips website, they will enter their information, agree to the terms and conditions, and then view the video. They are entered for a chance to win after they have watched the entire video and entered the drawing.
2. They may watch a live presentation given by a WorldVentures Representative, complete a paper entry form and then the Representative will enter the prospect on their WINDreamTrips.com website. You do not need to be a DreamTrips Member to win.

How will I know if someone has watched the video or if they have been entered to win? 

Every WorldVentures Representative will have a special W.I.N. DreamTrips back office where they can see everyone who watched the video and how much of the video they watched. A list of everyone who has watched the entire video and entered the drawing is also available in the back office.

How does someone who sees a live presentation enter to win? 

In your promotional back office, you have the ability to submit names of people who attended a live presentation into the system so they can be eligible to win.

What prevents a Rep from entering someone to win if they have not seen a presentation? 

If you enter someone into the W.I.N. DreamTrips Giveaway who didn’t actually watch the entire presentation, you may be subject to disciplinary action under the terms of your Representative Agreement. WorldVentures will be communicating with entrants on a number of levels. We will automatically send them a thank you email for watching the video and entering the contest. Of course, when a prospect wins, that person will be contacted.

Is the online system the only valid method of viewing the presentation for contest entry? 

No. Anyone who watches a full WorldVentures overview presentation is eligible to enter. They will simply need to fill out the Offline Entry Form, and the Representative who introduced them to WorldVentures will input their information into the back office.

Does the Offline Entry Form have to be faxed to WorldVentures? 

No. Once the prospect’s information is entered into the system, please destroy the physical form. The prospect must be given a copy, including the full terms, to keep.

Can WorldVentures Representatives take the Mega-Cruise DreamTrip? 

Yes! If someone you refer wins the W.I.N. DreamTrips Giveaway, you will be awarded the same trip; however, WorldVentures Representatives are not given actual “entries” into the drawing pool. That means the more people you have watch the video and enter the drawing, the better your chances are of taking a Mega-DreamTrip, compliments of WorldVentures. But, remember, a Representative cannot be awarded the DreamTrip unless one of the people they referred wins.

When are the winners chosen and announced? 

Winners will be chosen on Mondays and their names will be posted to WINDreamTrips.com, announced in the WV News and posted on the Hot Sheet in the WorldVentures back office.

There is a training video at WINDreamTrips.com that explains how to leverage this promotion and how to get the most out of it.
